KART is a peer-to-peer campus marketplace designed to connect verified students, faculty, and staff for local on-campus item exchanges.
All transactions take place via campus meetup or verified campus handover. Buyers are strongly instructed to inspect, test, and verify the condition and authenticity of every product in person before confirming delivery or releasing payment.
Because items listed on KART are second-hand or individual student listings, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been inspected and accepted by the buyer. All sales are final upon completion of the handover.
A buyer may decline or cancel a purchase before or during the in-person meeting if the item differs significantly from the seller's description, is damaged, or fails inspection. In such cases, payment is not released to the seller.
If you experience fraud, counterfeit items, or a seller misconduct issue, please report the listing immediately through the KART app or contact support. We investigate reported accounts and take disciplinary action, including permanent account bans.
